The reason most people say they skip breakfast is because they do not have time. Here are some delicious ideas for a healthy breakfast that can be incorporated into your daily breakfast routine:
All you do:
- Place 1 cup of Greek yogurt (such as Chobani) at the bottom of a bowl
- Top with 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal (flavor of your choice)
- Top with 1 cup of fruit

All you do:
- Put 2 pieces of string cheese, an apple and a Luna bar in to-go bag
